All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. We will make every effort to have the board meetings at either the Warren Township center or Woodland school.

  • We ask the cooperation of all homeowners in keeping their property neat and attractive. This means maintaining your landscaping, repairing your fences and walkways, and keeping your swingsets, decks, patios, hot tubs and swimming pools in good condition. Practicing this Good Neighbor Policy can go a long way towards preventing violations of the Declaration and helping stabilize home prices in our community.

  • We ask that you please sign up for our mailing list. This will allow us to notify you of upcoming meetings and other items that might interest you.

  • The bulletin board is now open. Feel free to try it out.
 

2010 Annual Assessment are now past due

If you still haven't paid your 2010 Annual Assessment, your account is now subject to a $10 monthly late fee until paid. If you are unsure if you have paid or would like to make a payment, please contact Lieberman Management.

Message from your new Board of Directors

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve you as your new Board of Directors. We have re-established this web site in the hopes of improving communication to, from and between the homeowners. We have many ideas on ways that this site can be utilized. Please check back for future additions.

In an effort to keep our subdivision a desirable place to live and raise our families, we ask the cooperation of all homeowners in keeping their property neat and attractive. We will call this our “Good Neighbor Policy.” Practicing the Good Neighbor Policy can go a long way towards preventing violations of the Declaration and helping stabilize home prices in our community.

Please be advised that the Rules and Regulations that were sent out last November were NOT adopted. We have thrown them out and have decided to rewrite the Declaration and Bylaws to make them easier to understand. Part of this process will include a review of the current restrictions to determine if any need to be removed or modified. After this process is completed, we will determine if Rules and Regulations are needed. Please be assured that before any Rules and Regulations are adopted, they will be provided to the homeowners for their review.

The current restrictions regarding your property can be found in Section 9 of your Declaration. If you do not have your copy, you can find them here.

Finally, please remember that any mail you receive from the Concord Oaks Homeowners Association will be in an envelope from “LMS.” It will not state “Concord Oaks” on the envelope.

     

Concord Oaks Subdivision

Concord Oaks is a subdivision of 473 single family homes located in Gurnee, Illinois. This web site is designed for the use of the residents and to enhance the communication between the Board and the residents of Concord Oaks.
