• Our annual garage sale will be held May 17-19. You can download a map of our subdivision or a copy of the permit.


• The 2012 assesment was due by January 31, 2012. Late payments will be subject to a monthly $10 late fee until paid.


• We are currently a self managed association. Any communications regarding the association should be sent by email to board@concordoaks.org.


• We ask that you please sign up for our mailing list. This will allow us to notify you of upcoming meetings and other items that might interest you.

2012 Annual Assessment are now past due

If you still haven't paid your 2012 Annual Assessment, your account is now subject to a $10 monthly late fee until paid. If you are unsure if you have paid please contact us at board@concordoaks.org. If you have not yet paid your 2011 Annual Assessment, please see our Homeowner Info page for our mailing address.

2011 Annual Assessment are now past due

All 21 homeowner accounts with outstanding balances as of December 1, 2011 were sent to our attorneys for collection in December.
