The Concord Oaks homeowners association is made up of 473 homes. We our governed by the covenants that we all agreed to when we purchased our homes. Our covenants state the restrictions that there are on our homes and how the association will be run.
The association is run by the board of directors. All five members of the board are required to be homeowners in Concord Oaks. We do not receive any compensation for serving on the board. We are to act in the best interest of the neighborhood and follow the covenants.
