• The 2012 billing statements were mailed at the end of December and payment is due by January 31, 2012.  Late payments will be subject to a monthly $10 late fee until paid.

• We are currently a self managed association. Any communications regarding the association should be sent by email to board@concordoaks.org.

• We ask that you please sign up for our mailing list. This will allow us to notify you of upcoming meetings and other items that might interest you.

2011 Annual Assessment are now past due

All 21 homeowner accounts with outstanding balances as of December 1, 2011 were sent to our attorneys for collection in December. All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. We will make every effort to have the board meetings at Gurnee Fire Station #2 at the corner of Dada and Hunt Club Rd.

Message from your Board of Directors

We would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve you as your new Board of Directors. We have re-established this web site in the hopes of improving communication to, from and between the homeowners. We have many ideas on ways that this site can be utilized. Please check back for future additions.

In an effort to keep our subdivision a desirable place to live and raise our families, we ask the cooperation of all homeowners in keeping their property neat and attractive. We will call this our “Good Neighbor Policy.” Practicing the Good Neighbor Policy can go a long way towards preventing violations of the Declaration and helping stabilize home prices in our community.

The current restrictions regarding your property can be found in Section 9 of your Declaration. If you do not have your copy, you can find them here.
