2. Do you provide a 22.1 disclosure?
We do not provide a 22.1 disclosure as we are exempt from this requirement due to our community association being a Not for Profit Corporation having either 10 units or less or annual budgeted assessments of $100,000 or less.
3. I am selling / refinancing my house and need a P.A.L. (Paid Assessment Letter)?
We are a self-managed association and PALs are completed by volunteer board members that live in Concord Oaks. If you require a PAL for the sale of your house or a refinance please send an email to board@concordoaks.org. Please include the homeowners name, address, and when it is required. There is no charge for a PAL.
4. Can we install solar panels on our roof?
Yes, if the homeowner is able to adhere to the following requirement, the Board is fine with your project. Please make sure if you need an approval from the Village of Gurnee:
Specific location where a solar energy system may be installed on the roof within an orientation to the south or within 45 degrees east or west of due south provided that the determination does not impair the effective operation of the solar energy system.
